Under the auspices of the Russian Federation Government, FGC UES has started a large-scale pilot project of smart energy system with active and adaptive grid on the base of the Eastern United Energy System. NOVINTECH is in charge of management and implementation of the pilot project of Elgaugol AAG territorial cluster development.

NOVINTECH has signed a contract with EnergoStroyUniversal to carry out a range of works to install hardware and software complex of the automated process control system (APCS) at 110 kV Vremennaya substation. Engineering and Construction Control Centre of the South (ECCC South), a subsidiary of Engineering and Construction Control Centre of Unified Power System (ECCC UPS), is the end customer.
